Dongguan Junze Electronics Co., Ltd., founded in 2011, is located on the 3rd and 6th Floors, Building 2, Zhonggaocheng Innovation Science and Technology Industrial Park, No.10 Xinju Road, Shangjiao Village, Changan Town, Dongguan City. With a production area of 5000 m², it is a technical enterprise engaged in one‑stop PCBA manufacturing services including PCBA‑OEM, ODM, SMT mounting, DIP insertion, post‑soldering, assembly, testing, burn‑in and packaging.

Certified to the Quality Management System GB/T19001‑2016/ISO9001:2015, Environmental Management System GB/T24001‑2016/ISO14001:2015 and IATF 16949:2016 Automotive Quality Management System, the company pursues continuous improvement, introduces state‑of‑the‑art production equipment and outstanding technical and management personnel, and strives to provide customers with satisfactory products and services.
Main services: full‑process services including SMT mounting, DIP insertion, post‑soldering, ICT testing, FCT testing, laser engraving, conformal coating, automatic dispensing and potting, complete‑unit assembly, ATE testing, burn‑in and packaging.
The company has imported 4 customized fully‑automatic SMT production lines and 2 complete production lines for DIP, post‑soldering, assembly and testing from Japan. It is also equipped with various professional testing equipment such as SPI, SMT first‑article tester, AOI, X‑Ray, ICT, ET power supplies, electronic loads, precision power supplies, burn‑in racks, special automatic functional test fixtures and electron microscopes, ovens, etc.
An experienced technical team and stable front‑line workforce guarantee high‑quality production:
1. The average tenure of Junze’s engineering, technical and management staff ranges from 5 to 10 years.
2. Skilled front‑line workshop employees with 2‑3 years of working experience account for over 80% of total workforce.
3. Front‑line workshop employees aged 20‑35 make up more than 90% of total workforce.
